Returns / Refunds
Product Refund/Returns: Product containers/bottles/items must be returned to Yum Nutrition within the designated 30 day Refund/Return time frame for refunds to be issued. Buyer must contact Yum Nutrition for return instructions. Return shipping paid for by buyer. Refund will be issued after returned merchandise is received by Yum Nutrition in good, sellable condition. Return shipping tracking numbers must be emailed to: support@gummez.com or provided through the Contact Form.
Exchanges will be provided when the product arrives defective or has been damaged during shipping and handling.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please use the Contact Form. Include your order number, name, product that was ordered, the date of your order and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
